The acquisition of these two facilities positions Cielo Verde Québec Inc. as one the largest cannabis cultivators in Quebec. The company expects to receive their Health Canada licenses to cultivate, process, and sell cannabis in the coming weeks.

The two facilities feature:

• 100,000 square-foot of combined indoor growing capabilities in Pointe-Claire and Lachute with a production capacity of 10M grams of dried flower per year
• Outdoor production capacity of 10M grams of dried flower per year
